Construction Planner Kent (West Malling)
Opportunity via Valoris Group Limited

Valoris Group Limited is working on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder to appoint an experienced Construction Planner for a permanent role based in West Malling, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team, supporting major residential projects through all phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain construction and pre-construction programmes

  • Support the preparation of construction logistics plans, tender presentations, and 3D models

  • Produce and update progress reporting schedules and monthly reports

  • Maintain accurate records of programme updates and distribution

  • Obtain and act on feedback from site teams to improve future planning

  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and broaden knowledge of construction methodology

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction planning (residential experience desirable)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Asta

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage effectively across departments

  • Analytical skills for data review and reporting

  • Ability to forecast and deliver against plans

  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving

  • BTEC, HND, NVQ or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
