We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of HR initiatives and programs across a global, fast-paced organization. This role sits at the heart of the HR Project Management Office and plays a key role in ensuring effective governance, tracking, and reporting of HR programs aligned to strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a passion for project delivery, and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making and resource planning. You will work closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and cross-functional stakeholders to provide transparency, improve delivery capability, and help execute key people initiatives on time and within scope.
We are looking for a HR PMO Analyst who will:
Program & Project Delivery Support
- Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of HR programs and projects across all aspects of HR transformation.
- Monitor progress against plans, manage Risks & Issues and prepare clear and concise reporting for leadership.
- Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, stakeholder maps, and performance metrics.
- Ensure program activities are aligned with strategic priorities and delivered through structured governance processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with HRLT and key project owners to ensure alignment and visibility across workstreams.
- Build strong working relationships across HR and the wider business to support effective project execution.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional input and facilitate problem-solving when delivery risks emerge.
- Help influence stakeholders by presenting clear data and narrative around program progress and priorities.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage HR and project data to generate insights on delivery performance, capacity, and resourcing.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports that provide leadership with visibility into project health and workforce capacity.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to inform planning and prioritization.
- Promote a culture of using data to inform decisions across HR initiatives.
Capacity & Resource Management
- Maintain an up-to-date view of team capacity across key HR projects and workstreams.
- Support quarterly or biannual planning cycles by collecting and validating resource forecasts and project allocations.
- Identify resourcing conflicts or bandwidth risks early, and support mitigation plans in collaboration with team leads.
Continuous Improvement & PMO Governance
- Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO standards, tools, and templates.
- Identify process improvements that increase transparency, efficiency, and delivery quality.
- Assist in preparing materials for governance forums, ensuring consistent use of project frameworks and reporting standards.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, HR operations, or business analyst role, ideally within a global organization that is medium / large or matrixed.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and a driver of people-related initiatives (e.g., talent, learning, org design, change).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to support planning and decision-making.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
