The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Design Lead within Roche's Global Digital Hub, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision and execution of the network. This position demands a unique combination of creative talent, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the network's needs.

Ensures that the design strategies and concepts are well-aligned with the network's specific objectives and initiatives. As a trendsetter in design, you are expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in design and digital technology, applying these innovations to enhance the network's brand presence and communication. 

Your Opportunity:

• Serving as the primary authority on design within the Network, providing expert guidance on all design-related activities.

• Overseeing the design strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Roche's overall digital strategy.

• Developing innovative design concepts and solutions tailored to sector-specific requirements.

• Acting as a key advisor on design matters, influencing decisions and strategies within the Network.

• Collaborating with the Chapter Lead and team members to successfully implement design projects.

• Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their design needs and offer expert recommendations.

Who you are:

• You have 7+ years of professional experience in design, with significant expertise in areas relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and you have an advanced degree in Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• You gained extensive proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• You have a demonstrated track record of developing innovative and impactful design solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.

• You have deep knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design and you have experience collaborating closely with various teams to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional design solutions.

• You are proficient in optimizing visual content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.

• You have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
