Create, design, and maintain Tableau reports, ensuring scalability, manageability, and optimal performance.
Provide expertise in dashboard architecture, design, and implementation, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Work closely with team members to develop impactful reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights, streamline processes, and contribute to overall team success.
Engage in iterative review cycles to deliver results that consistently meet or exceed user expectations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure consistency by adhering to established standards and templates, contributing to the overall quality and cohesion of the reporting ecosystem.
Requirements:
8-12 years of demonstrated expertise in developing story-driven dashboards and analytics, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
Ability to query and visualize large datasets effectively, maximizing the performance of Tableau workbooks.
Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between data solutions and business functions.
Advanced development skills in Tableau, with a deep understanding of advanced calculations and functions.
8-12 years of hands-on experience with SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization.
Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture, contributing to the holistic understanding of Tableau ecosystem.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the reliability and integrity of the data and insights presented.
