Premier is looking for a detailed orientated, energetic and a resource with great customer service experience in our Travel Coordinator role. 


 POSITION SUMMARY:


The Travel Coordinator provides a vital role in managing internal travel arrangements for company personnel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. The travel Coordinator, as a member of the Flight Coordination team, will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate travel logistics, streamline processes, and support the smooth operation of our aviation services.


 JOB DUTIES:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal travel inquiries and assistance. Provide timely and courteous support to employees regarding travel arrangements, changes, and special requests. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for company personnel, including pilots, maintenance staff, and management team members. Arrange flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and other logistical requirements based on travel needs and schedules.
  •  Monitor flight schedules, duty assignments and travel itineraries using scheduling software and other tools.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure travel requirements meet the needs of the operation.
  • Communicate travel arrangements to internal customers in a timely efficient manner.
  • Maintain a strict adherence to cost control, monitoring and managing expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and reporting expenses in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with both Flight Operation and Finance to track travel related expenditures and reconcile invoices with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, Part 135 Regulations, and other relevant aviation standards regarding employee travel.
  • Maintain organized files and records related to internal travel, prepare and present reports as needed.
  • Conduct research and negotiate preferred terms with vendors as warranted.
  • Other duties assigned.


  Work Environment


  • Generally, a Monday – Friday shift 09:00 – 05:00, may occasionally be assigned evening and weekend hours.
  • May be require work hours beyond 40-hour work week
  • Occasional need to work onsite in SUA

  

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, aviation operations or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Part 135 regulations and aviation industry standards a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing travel logistics.
