Dispatcher Job Description:

The Dispatcher will be the first point of contact for many of our wonderful clients and will work very closely with our production and management team. The dispatcher is responsible for taking appointments, assigning them in ServiceTitan, and ensuring the information in ServiceTitan is optimized for the field team. If you love helping people, are extremely organized and love being on the phone supporting a team this might be the opportunity you've been looking for! The Dispatcher is a crucial role at 1 Tom Plumber Austin, ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping information organized and accurate ensuring that the company is on track to meet professional and financial goals. This position is 90% remote - there will be some initial in-person training and you will be required to attend a minimum of 1 All-Team Meetings per month in Austin TX- the rest of the time you are free to work from your home office!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client calls, emails and messages; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
  • Schedule/direct staff in customer intake and schedule customer service calls.
  • Review receipts/job notes for accuracy, and completeness.
  • Communicate and build relationships with staff members, clients, vendors, and other key players.
  • Other admin duties as assigned


Schedule:

This is an after hours & weekends position

There are two shifts available:

Shift A

  • 5PM-9PM Wednesday-Friday
  • 8-5PM Saturday
  • 8-5PM Sunday


Shift B

  • 5PM-1AM Monday-Tuesday
  • 5PM-1AM Saturday
  • 5PM-1AM Sunday


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team player, energetic, positive attitude.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable with gmail, and technical-savvy to learn our ServiceTitan Software system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must have stable internet connection, quiet space to take calls, basic computer setup and mobile phone
