Job description

On behalf of an Energy & Infrastructure firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire an Accounting Team Lead.

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional with a strong accounting and analytical background to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing Accounting & Reporting team.
Oversee the preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, and statutory and regulatory financial statements.
Provide accounting insights and guidance on commercial transactions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key finance projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified with c. 5 years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong IT proficiency, including experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
