Your Responsibilities:
- Team leadership and management: Lead, mentor, develop and inspire a team of currently 9 team members, reporting to the Country Manager. You will also lead campaign teams in a matrix setting by utilizing the specialist functions in our headquarters.
- Marketing strategy: You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals. This includes identifying target markets, formulating the marketing mix and setting targets for awareness, engagement and lead conversion. Channels include email-marketing, performance marketing, social, SEO as well as fairs and other events. You and your team will closely liaise with Product and Sales management to ensure a coordinated marketing and sales approach.
- Budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation: You plan and control the marketing budget and allocate the resources efficiently to maximize the impact of the marketing activities.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: You will closely measure and improve the performance of the marketing activities and the conversion of the marketing and sales funnel by setting up and monitoring key revenue and funnel KPIs.
