As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering at least two full-cycle EC implementations, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure EC modules including employee data, workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and user training.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Time Management, and IT.

Required Qualifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle EC implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
