The GRO will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of documents.
Handle all visa and immigration-related tasks for employees, including renewals and new applications.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government procedures in the KSA.
Support the HR department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management regarding compliance and regulatory matters.
Provide advice and guidance to employees on relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Relations Officer or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
