Job description

On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit a GRO to join their school in Riyadh.

Job Summary
The GRO will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of documents.
  • Handle all visa and immigration-related tasks for employees, including renewals and new applications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government procedures in the KSA.
  • Support the HR department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management regarding compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on relevant policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Relations Officer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
