What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Success Partner, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our sales team and enhancing customer outcomes through:

  • Coordinating account activities, including rate reviews, contract renewals, tenders, and reporting
  • Creating and delivering accurate performance reports (DIFOT, KPIs) to stakeholders
  • Managing service escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintaining customer data and contact hierarchies in Salesforce CRM
  • Supporting onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns
  • Collaborating on performance reviews and improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring rate and charge accuracy across internal systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and support processes

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or account management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Understanding of transport/logistics operations (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
