About The Role
Responsible for performing analysis in accordance with analytical methods, protocol, and Method Validation Plans (MVP) with minimal guidance. Responsible for maintaining and QC of study binder and analytical data. Proficient in use of equipment. Assist in the maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of instruments.
What You’ll Do Here
- Understands and follows Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Performs analysis on study samples and generates appropriate sample analysis reports and in accordance with the analytical method and protocol
- Performs sample analysis for validation of analytical methods in accordance with MVP with minimal guidance
- Prepares, maintains, and QC analytical binders
- Assures equipment is suitable for use
- Assist in instrument or method troubleshooting
- Responsible for receipt, handling and disposition of samples, standards, and reference substances
- Assist in analytical method and forms review
- Participates in reviews of SOPs and Skill Lesson Plans (SLPs) for laboratory procedures and training
- Attend Protocol review meetings as appropriate
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- BS/MS in a scientific discipline, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical science; relevant experience considered
- 1+ years experience working in a GLP or GMP environment, preferred
- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography experience
- Knowledge of Waters Empower Software, preferred
- English proficiency required to read and interpret documents such as industry specific documents
- Able to instruct others on a day-to-day basis
- Solid reasoning abilities
What We Offer
The pay range estimated for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
