What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Clinical L&D Partner plays a crucial role in enhancing the professional skills and knowledge of our clinical staff and supporting the delivery of high-quality care by developing, implementing and evaluating educational training and programs that support clinical practice and patient care outcomes. The Clinical L&D Partner will support the growth, complexity and evolving clinical and operational needs of our healthcare organization. Training Development and Delivery
Develop and deliver clinical education programs including workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and simulations.
Develop job aids and continuing education courses tailored to various clinical roles and learning styles.
Assess the educational needs of staff and create customized training plans and content based on diverse learning styles and clinical roles.
Clinical Support and Partnership
In partnership with clinical leaders, provide support and guidance to clinical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Partner with clinical leaders to enhance clinical onboarding and time-to-productivity.
Maintain and update all clinical learning paths for the clinical teams Provider, CSM, Medical Director, RN, CHW for both the longitudinal and clinical teams.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal learning outcomes based on feedback and outcomes.
Alignment with corporate Learning & Development standards
Collaborate with L&D Partners and SMEs to assess, facilitate, and evaluate innovative learning solutions in various formats ranging from live in-person, to virtual, to eLearning.
Collaborate with L&D Partners to create, implement, review, and report on learner evaluations (Kirkpatrick’s Levels 1, 2, 3, 4).

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health education, or related clinical field or comparable experience
3+ years’ of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
3+ years’ experience with training content development, clinical education, precepting, or instructional roles
1+ years’ experience with virtual facilitation and remote learning solutions delivery
1+ years’ experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise), Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Captivate, or similar
Proficiency in using and managing LMS content.
