We’re building TechTree, an AI-driven recruitment agent helping companies hire top talent faster and more efficiently.

TechTree is backed by top investors, including VCs Notion and Frontline, as well as angel investors like the co-founder of Monzo and executives from Stack Overflow, Uber, Improbable, Amazon, Permira, and Startupbootcamp.

We are working with enterprises such as PwC to startups backed by YC, General Catalyst, and more.

We’re looking for individuals interested in creating an additional income stream. This success-fee-based opportunity requires just a few hours of work per week—perfect for freelancers and job seekers.

How It Works:

Companies submit job requirements via our AI-powered chat interface.
AI automatically generates a longlist, enriching each profile using hundreds of data points (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, GitHub, etc.) to create a precise shortlist.
Talent Partners connect their LinkedIn to our platform, which sends automated connection requests and messages to selected candidates.

You earn for every successful hire:

10% of the success fee per hire (average success fee = $15K, so $1.5K per placement).
An additional 10% if you screen the candidate.
20% of the success fee per hire for referrals

Requirements:

✅ Must have a Premium, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, Recruiter LinkedIn account

✅ Must be willing to add "Talent Partner At TechTree" to your LinkedIn experience
