We support those developers with Coaches who use the latest research in building high-performing teams to build soft skills mastery.


Who we’re looking for:

  • You used to be a teacher or software developer
  • You know how to talk to software developers
  • You love self-help books, maybe so much so that you are already a coach!


We do everything on Zoom. Therefore, you must complete the video portion to be considered for a first interview.


Coaching Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins asynchronously on Slack and synchronously via Zoom
  • Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity
  • Deliver constructive feedback
  • Lead company-wide training sessions
  • Identify and escalate appropriate concerns to leadership

Salary

Salary range: $36,000 - $45,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
