We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a range of strategic and operational initiatives. This is a junior-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll play a key role in data analysis, project coordination, and executive-level communications—working closely with cross-functional teams to help drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support departmental initiatives by building project plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating activities across teams
Analyze and manipulate business, workforce, and financial data to generate meaningful insights and reports
Create clear, executive-level presentations and communications to share updates and outcomes
Manage work intake using Jira, including creating and maintaining stories, epics, and backlog items
Document processes and contribute to overall program support for tech talent initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project execution
Required Experience & Skills:
1–3 years of relevant work experience (internships or academic projects also considered)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data wrangling, analysis, basic visualizations)
Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations
Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools
Comfortable managing small project tasks and meeting coordination
Ability to document workflows and business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
