We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a range of strategic and operational initiatives. This is a junior-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll play a key role in data analysis, project coordination, and executive-level communications—working closely with cross-functional teams to help drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support departmental initiatives by building project plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating activities across teams
  • Analyze and manipulate business, workforce, and financial data to generate meaningful insights and reports
  • Create clear, executive-level presentations and communications to share updates and outcomes
  • Manage work intake using Jira, including creating and maintaining stories, epics, and backlog items
  • Document processes and contribute to overall program support for tech talent initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project execution

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience (internships or academic projects also considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data wrangling, analysis, basic visualizations)
  • Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools
  • Comfortable managing small project tasks and meeting coordination
  • Ability to document workflows and business processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
