Position Type: Full-time, non-remote/ hybrid

The Planned Giving Manager will lead all planned giving efforts of the ministry and report to the Senior Director of In Touch Foundation.

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree expected; 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years specifically in planned giving.
Competency in Studio Enterprise, Excel, PG Calc, Gift Wrap, Crescendo preferred.
Genuine interest in and alignment with the mission of In Touch Ministries.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Lead and strengthen the planned giving efforts of the ministry.
Lead the Planned Giving Team.
Understand and implement industry wide best practices related to planned giving.
Build relationships with donor partners most likely to benefit from planned giving assistance.
Lead educational and promotional efforts related to planned giving.
Track and understand trends in donor partner’s planned giving.
Partner with various ministry departments to maintain an updated understanding of ministry initiatives and giving opportunities for partners.
