We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead key projects that align with our strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the Programme Manager to ensure project objectives are aligned with overall programme goals and strategy.
Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Manager, proposing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project and programme delivery.
Contribute actively to the overall programme plan, providing accurate and timely updates on project progress, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Work effectively with the Senior Management Team, presenting project updates, insights, and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making and secure necessary support.
Lead project team meetings, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues
Coordinate and prioritise project tasks, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project deliverables
Conduct regular project evaluations and post-implementation reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments
Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance business readiness for new initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a business readiness or similar role
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely and well-informed decisions
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
