Establish measures to ensure benefits are administered and delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with programs contracts, policies and legal requirements.

Partner with external vendors and internal teams on development and review of global programs including design, renewal, update and implementation.
\r\n\t
Manage and responsible for the administration of benefit programs including health, life, disability, wellness, supplemental and retirement programs.
\r\n\t
Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to insurance carriers regarding renewal activities, claim problems, and escalations.
\r\n\t
Manage Time off and leave policies and processes.
\r\n\t
Work with operations team with the maintenance of policies and update of benefits information on the benefits portal.
\r\n\t
Support implementation of new benefits initiatives.
\r\n\t
Work with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and HRIS teams to optimize administrative processes.
\r\n\t
Manage internal and external partners performing benefit administration services and conduct periodic audits.
\r\n\t
Manage insured benefits and ensure delivery of scalable programs.
\r\n\t
Partner with HR community and operations teams and provide benefits training as necessary.
\r\n\t
Lead benefits projects and initiatives.
\r\n
\r\n Preferred Experience: \r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
Knowledge of Health & Welfare benefits, leave of absence, disability and time away programs, retirement practices, legislation and compliance requirements.

Global benefits experience preferred.
\r\n
\r\n Academic Credentials: \r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and 5 years progressive experience in managing benefits programs or equivalent experience.
