The Manufacturing Test Technician plays a pivotal role in quality control and troubleshooting of manufactured products through all steps of the production process. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and works independently while maintaining a sense of urgency and ownership of daily responsibilities. Candidates should have experience related to electronics or a similar technical field and be skilled in the use of Oscilloscopes, Voltmeters, and Power supplies. Familiarity in a Quality Controlled environment and Medical ISO-13485 is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
Test performance of printed circuit board assemblies, electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and finished devices using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, test loads, and custom test fixtures; to ensure conformity to test specifications.
Maintain production workspaces, production equipment and supplies; by performing cleaning and organizing tasks.
Accurately perform transactions in ERP System to capture required production data.
Follow prescribed safety regulations.
Identify issues and defects of electromechanical parts which potentially impact quality or delivery and alert appropriate management.
Maintain and adhere to documented processes to ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other requirements as defined by company objectives.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Education and Experience:
Two-year technical degree related to electronics, or a similar technical field and 1-3 years of related work experience.
Skilled in the use of: Oscilloscopes, Voltmeters, and Power supplies.
High attention to detail in both performing operations and recording results.
Proficiency with basic office computer applications (Word, Excel).
Familiarity in a Quality Controlled environment such as ISO-9000; Experience with Medical ISO-13485 a plus. Familiarity with IPC or MIL PCBA inspection standards is also a plus.
High visual acuity and manual dexterity for working with small components, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.
