We are looking for driven, creative problem solvers who care about people: 

• Naturally helpful, patient, and caring in their approach to resolving credit card payment issues en inglés y en español.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills through phone interactions.
• Attentive and detail-oriented in finding the best solution for our customers. 
• Negotiate and collaborate to find resolutions for customers’ inquiries and payment issues.
• Achieve performance goals consistently and efficiently.
