Compensation: Compensation will be the greater amount between (GBS) $90,000 to $250,000, or 20% of individual production.

About the Job
Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is currently seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, dedicated team. Our hospital is privately owned, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care through a culture of teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence. Our robust primary care and emergency teams are supported by various board-certified specialists, several Veterinary Technician Specialists and a large support staff of experienced veterinary technicians and assistants. Responsibilities
• Specific responsibilities vary by department but involve management of veterinary patients
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain complete patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions in canine, feline, and exotic patients 
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including radiographs, lab work, and more
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting care as needed based on patient response
• Administer medications, perform routine and emergency procedures, and provide urgent medical care when needed
• Collaborate with Primary Care, Emergency, and Specialty teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care
• Effectively communicate with pet owners, providing updates, education, and compassionate guidance throughout the treatment process
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols
• Contribute to hospital rounds and case discussions to support continuity of care
• Support and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants as needed, helping develop team clinical skills

Requirements
• D.V.M. licensed in New Jersey
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience in general practice preferred, but new grads welcome
• Ability to work as both a doctor and team member
• Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills
