Job description

• Campaign Management & Optimisation

• Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Analyse campaign performance and proactively make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather creative assets and ensure campaigns align with business objectives

• Ensure campaign budget is spent efficiently to maximise reach and ROI

 
Provide weekly insights and strategic recommendations to management SEO & Website Support

 
Audit and optimise website content and structure for SEO performance

 
Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis

 
Monitor rankings and implement ongoing improvements to grow organic visibility, increasing rankings against competitors.

 
Reporting & Analytics

 
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms

 
Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports including key metrics, insights, and clear action points and recommendations to present to management for review and approval Google Ads & Meta Campaign Management

 
End-to-end setup and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts

 
Test ad variations and targeting strategies to identify top performers

 Manage retargeting, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns effectively

 
Proactively look at better performing ads and recommend to management best practices and ideas to improve campaign success.

 Ensuring reports show a positive trend of increased engagement without large increases in budget.
