Key responsibilities:
Manage multiple creative workflows and project timelines
Liaise between accounts, strategy, design, and digital teams
Streamline processes and improve PM tools
Ensure smooth delivery of print, digital, web, and animation work
Support resourcing and studio management as needed
Minimum 6 years’ agency experience in a project management role
Proven experience in brand, creative, or marketing agencies
Experience in infrastructure, place, property, and place branding
Solid understanding of branding strategy and creation
Strong knowledge of print and digital production
Exposure to the full marketing mix

Highly organised and proactive
Able to think ahead and manage deadlines across multiple projects
Excellent written communication and proofing skills
Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
