Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding. Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job specifications, and provide guidance on candidate selection. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate resumes, conduct technical screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Also, experience in dealing with authorization of US Citizen (USC), Green Card (GC), Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and H1B.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on technology roles.
Proficient in utilizing job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster Indeed, etc.), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and the IT job market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to screen and assess technical candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
