Job description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of expertise in sourcing top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to foster relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Shift Timings - Night Shift, 07.30PM to 4.30AM
Mode of Work - Work from Office

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job specifications, and provide guidance on candidate selection.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate resumes, conduct technical screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Also, experience in dealing with authorization of US Citizen (USC), Green Card (GC), Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and H1B.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on technology roles.
  • Proficient in utilizing job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster Indeed, etc.), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and the IT job market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to screen and assess technical candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
