Compensation Design & Administration:
• Develop and oversee job frameworks, salary structures, annual salary increases, and incentive programs (short-term and long-term)
• Provide expert advice on job design, evaluation, competitive market analysis, and internal pay equity to managers and HRBPs
• Administer annual salary and bonus processes, including budgeting, system optimization, and employee communication
Benefits Strategy & Management:
• In partnership with the Total Rewards team, recommend, design/align, and manage competitive benefits and well-being programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market standards
• Conduct spend and trend analyses for benefit plans, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor service-level agreements
• Manage and execute the Wellbeing program and initiatives, driving engagement through communications, challenges, and rewards
Analysis & Reporting:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and recommend improvements aligned with best practices and company objectives
• In collaboration with the Total Rewards team, support developing dashboards based on compensation and benefits data
• Leave management and cost impact reporting: annual, sick, parental, maternity/paternity, other leave types. Partner with People Services in the maintenance and execution of leave programs as a result of EU directives, country specific laws, and record keeping
Compliance & Governance:
• Maintain knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation in key countries, including the Netherlands and the UK, with additional European expertise as a plus.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial, proprietary, and employee information
Leadership & Engagement:
• Act as a thought leader in compensation and benefits, delivering insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Represent Driscoll’s mission and values in all interactions with employees, vendors, and external partners
Education & Experience:
• Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, primarily within the EMEA region
• Proven experience in an international environment; Food/FMCG industry experience is a plus
• Expertise in salary benchmarking and job grade methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, World at Work, Willis Towers Watson)
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, pensions, and tax/social security regulations, particularly in the Netherlands and the UK
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday) and data analysis tools
• Advanced Excel skills and data modeling

Language skills:
• Bilingual in Dutch/English a requirement; other languages a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
