Location: Jersey City, Remote
Hourly Rate: $90 - $100/hr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Delivery Lead to join our team in a pharmaceutical client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the video production industry. As an Delivery Lead, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients and agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients and agency partners, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Understand clients' objectives and requirements, and effectively communicate these to the production team.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production process from creative handoff to completion, ensuring all client expectations are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress and address any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with the creative, production, post-production, and finance teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the video production or media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of video production processes and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

US Pay Range
$90$100 USD
