Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Delivery Lead to join our team in a pharmaceutical client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the video production industry. As an Delivery Lead, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients and agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a main point of contact for clients and agency partners, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
Understand clients' objectives and requirements, and effectively communicate these to the production team.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate and oversee the production process from creative handoff to completion, ensuring all client expectations are met.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Regularly update clients on project progress and address any concerns or changes promptly.
Collaborate with the creative, production, post-production, and finance teams to ensure project success.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the video production or media industry.
Strong knowledge of video production processes and terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
