Take Command is a start-up on a mission to improve the healthcare system, starting with health insurance. Pragmatically speaking, we help employers reimburse employees for individual insurance instead of offering a traditional one-size-fits-all group plan. About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive leader to ensure Take Command upholds the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational integrity across our insurance and benefits offerings. This role is critical to protecting the trust of our clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, and supporting the sustainable growth of our business.
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining internal controls, monitoring evolving regulatory landscapes, and implementing policies that mitigate risk while enabling innovation. Working cross-functionally with legal, product, operations, and leadership teams, you’ll help create a culture of compliance that is both rigorous and adaptable. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of compliance, strategy, and operational excellence.
