Position Overview:

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns. This includes customer-centric programs that support Architects, Contractors and Dealers, field marketing teams, and Trade association partners to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with content coordination and production.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination:

  • Support Contractor, Dealer, and Architect marketing activities across paid and earned media.
  • Cross-team collaboration with Field Marketing for Contractors and Dealers for marketing activations and events.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between all parties to drive campaign success.

Production Coordination:

  • Coordinate and/or manage production process for marketing materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This includes:
  • Photography/Video Production support/coordination
  • Material asset production and distribution of critical sales and customer support materials form brochures to catalogs

Content Coordination:

  • Manage Trello workstreams for campaign calendar and digital marketing (usg.com) requests
  • Coordinate content creation for owned channel communications, including social media, email and internal Sales teams communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand, business, and communication goals.

Architect/Designer Programs:

  • Support marketing activities for the A/D Sales team, in collaboration with the A/D Marketing lead.
  • Coordination of A/D sales initiatives, including reporting regularly on progress with industry association partnerships and utilization of program budgets.
  • Support training platform for continuing education (CEU events, e-University), coordination with new members and assisting in the development of new training content.

Trade Association Partnership Management:

  • Manage marketing sponsorship benefits in partnerships with trade associations to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate and deliver all marketing assets and events to maximize partnership opportunities.

CRM and Internal Email Campaign Support:

  • INTERNAL: Plan, create, and distribute monthly USG newsletters to Sales.
  • EXTERNAL: Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Customer Marketing Leads to create and distribute quarterly customer newsletters (i.e. Design Brief; Build Brief)
  • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Industry Award Submissions:

  • Coordination and support of the USG Ceilings CISCA Awards submission process on an annual basis, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing teams to gather necessary information and materials for award submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello.
  • Experience in content creation and coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction industry and familiarity with trade associations.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
