Position Summary
Tanaq Environmental is seeking a self-motivated Database Analyst to lead and manage the lifecycle of environmental data management. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a relational database management system (RDBMS) to support the storage, organization, and analysis of project analytical data.
The ideal candidate will have data management experience supporting environmental investigations under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) programs, with an understanding of emerging contaminants, particularly PFAS. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.
This position is a fully remote role from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel, ~10% annually, for conferences or training, will be required.
