Job Description:
This position oversees the daily administrative operations and activities of assigned department(s). Ensures the timeliness, quality, and integrity of systems and patient access processes in a manner that is both patient-centered and respectful of all customers and stakeholders. Maintains optimum patient care systems, including staffing, scheduling, general resource allocation, and communication systems. Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels based on volumes and provides development opportunities for staff.

Education Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages all performance indicators and standard of work tools
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with all stakeholders by attending all requested meetings, project workgroups and other collaboration efforts to provide necessary standard of work knowledge during development of acquisitions and new service lines
  • Ensures growth opportunities for staff, balances FTEs in accordance with volumes and performance development for staffing
  • Assists directors, operation managers, administrative operations and other stakeholders as applicable
  • Completes projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ leadership experience in healthcare business operations experience in a clinic or hospital setting, or related healthcare industry including demonstrated leadership ability

Educational Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher. Must obtain bachelor’s degree within two years of hire or transfer date.
