Behavioral Health Clinician - MA Level - Sign on Bonus Eligible!

Program/ Location: Community Based Health Clinic / Outpatient Program / Brockton
Education/ Licensure: Master's degree required, license preferred. LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC1
Pay Range: Starting at $70,000 (Education, experience, & licensure dependent)
Status: Full Time, Part Time opportunities with flexible schedule!
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Tues - Sat, Sun - Thurs
Remote work available after the first 90 days introductory period

About Us

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) model supports patients within the Brockton community to improve access to urgent and ongoing clinical services. Clinical services offered at the outpatient site include day treatment, individual/couples/family and group therapy, psychiatric medication, MOUD medication, and peer support services. The CBHC provides care for patients with behavioral health concerns, including mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. The colocation of the CBHC outpatient clinic with our Mobile Crisis Team and Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS) provide a strong continuum of care for behavioral health patients. 

Clinician Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations Crisis intervention Maintain assigned caseload
  • Providing direct care to patients – including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments
  • Responsible for each assigned patients medical records. All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manner
  • Provide direct care to the patients. This care will include, but not limited to, individual counseling, group facilitation, lectures, orientation for new patients. discharge and aftercare planning, and case management of patients assigned
  • Responsible for linking patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the patient and his/her family access outpatient services when appropriate
  • Attend all unit, facility meetings and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director
  • Other duties as assigned by the Program Director, the Clinical Director, and/or the Senior Clinician

Clinician Qualifications

  • Masters Degree Required and/or professional license in related field, Licensed appreciated
  • Experience with Behavioral health
  • Multi-lingual preferred
