Job description

Job Summary:

A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Details:

  • Work Setup: Work from Home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Timezones)
    • PST: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)
    • CST: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Philippine Time)
    • EST: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Project Planning

    • Define project scope: Clearly outline what the project will deliver and any limitations.
    • Create a project timeline: Develop a schedule that includes all phases of the project with deadlines.
    • Resource allocation: Determine what resources (people, equipment, materials) are needed to complete the project.

    Team Coordination

    • Assemble the team: Identify and bring together individuals with the necessary skills to work on the project.
    • Assign tasks: Delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
    • Facilitate communication: Ensure that all team members are informed about their roles and any changes in the project's direction.

    Monitoring Progress

    • Track milestones: Regularly check progress against the timeline to ensure that deadlines are being met.
    • Manage risks: Identify potential issues early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Adjust plans as needed: Be flexible in modifying schedules or resources if challenges arise.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Communicate with stakeholders: Keep everyone involved informed about progress, challenges, and changes to the plan.
    • Gather feedback: Actively seek input from stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle.

    Project Closure

    • Conduct final evaluations: Assess whether all objectives were met upon completion of the project.
    • Document lessons learned: Record insights gained during the project for future reference.
    • Celebrate success: Recognize team efforts and successes at the end of a project to boost morale.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on technology infrastructure.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with client needs and perspectives.
    • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
    • Familiarity with ConnectWise or Moovila is a plus, but not required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
