Job Description
  • Operate data entry devices to accurately input lists, records, and various data points into electronic formats

  • Utilize web-based applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Support customer service functions within a front desk setting

  • Plan and accomplish assigned tasks using experience and sound judgment

  • Maintain documentation and logs as needed for operational continuity

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role

  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Data entry tools and devices

    • Web-based applications

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Familiarity with standard business practices and customer support protocols

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive data

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English fluently

  • Resume must clearly demonstrate education and relevant work experience

  • A list of past performance and verifiable professional references is required
