Software licence management is one of the key processes that occur in a company's operating system. You will be responsible for monitoring software licences and ensuring they comply with the agreements and terms used in the company.

Main duties in the position:

Coordinate the software licence management process;
Gather information on newly acquired software and related licences;
Review portfolio and ensure information is up to date;
Advise clients and teams on licence management practices;
Review licence terms and agreements, reporting and documenting any non-compliance;
Coordinate software audits/reviews related to licences;
Communicate with other IT team members, vendors, and customers.

Requirements:

Knowledge of English at level B2-C1;
Strong communication skills and ability to moderate discussions;
Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment;
Developed organizational and time management skills;
Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
Experience in a related position will be an advantage;
Knowledge of software asset management tools will be an advantage.
