Job description

We’re UserTesting—the leader in human insight. Our mission is to help organizations craft exceptional customer experiences through fast, actionable feedback.

We empower teams to build the best products and experiences by embedding real human perspectives into every stage of the development process—from ideation to launch. With the world’s strongest participant network, AI-powered analysis, expert services, and seamless integrations, we help companies eliminate guesswork, align stakeholders, and bring customer needs into sharp focus.

Trusted by more than 3,000 organizations worldwide—including 75 of the Fortune 100—UserTesting delivers measurable business outcomes, reduces risk, and helps teams deliver with confidence. Joining our team means being part of a passionate group focused on transforming how companies understand and connect with their customers.

Let’s build experiences people love—together.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Legal Program Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and loves creating clarity and structure. In this role, you’ll lead the operational backbone of our legal function—managing contract processes, equity administration, and strategic initiatives that elevate our legal team's speed and impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the company to bring transparency, consistency, and a little magic to everything we do.

The Team

You’ll join a collaborative, high-trust legal team with a global footprint. We’re a tight-knit group that partners closely with teams across Sales, Finance, HR, and Compliance. Our mission? To make legal workflows intuitive, scalable, and deeply aligned with the business.

What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience in legal operations, project/program management, or paralegal roles

  • Proven track record managing equity and contract workflows at scale

  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Ironclad, Docusign, Carta, and Google Workspace

  • A systems-thinker who loves process design, automation, and making things better

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to partner across teams and time zones

  • A data-savvy operator who can build dashboards and track KPIs

  • Comfortable owning complex workflows and driving initiatives from start to finish

  • Able to identify process gaps and design scalable, human-friendly solutions

  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail

  • Bonus: certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma

Don’t meet every single requirement but excited about the role?
We encourage you to apply! Research shows that some candidates are less likely to apply unless they meet every single qualification—but you may be the right fit for this or other roles. We believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of experiences and backgrounds.

The expected base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000.
Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and skills. We are committed to pay equity and regularly review compensation practices in line with the market and our compensation philosophy.

UserTesting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.  Women, minorities, individuals with disabilities and protected veterans are encouraged to apply.  We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.  UserTesting will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, as applicable.
