About This Role:

This position is responsible for the detailed management of NetSuite implementation projects. Key responsibilities include weekly project management reporting, weekly client status calls, Client Project kick off meetings, internal and client facing communication of project status. The position also includes working closely with NetSuite Development team in the status and reporting of technical aspects of implementations. Will work closely with all functional team members in the management of their delivery of the NetSuite ERP solution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Sikich sales team for sales handoffs, then work with Directors to collaborate on resourcing of client projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, & resource plan, for NetSuite implementations.
  • Conduct client project planning and kick-off meetings and project status meetings.
  • Coordinate with Sikich consultants to understand project status on a weekly basis and prepare detailed project management documentation.
  • Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients and maintain RAID log.
  • Prepare for and conduct Steering Committee meetings
  • Participate in the monthly Project Managers meeting.
     

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas: Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years’ experience leading NetSuite implementation projects.
  • 4+ implementations completed.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in core financial & operational business processes.
  • Experience interacting directly with clients or external stakeholders, project managers, and technical consultants
  • Understanding of accounting and supply chain concepts
  • Understanding of each task and phase of an implementation and what it entails.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities.
  • Experience with Smartsheets a plus.
