A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

In this role, you're the go-to expert on project KPIs and client service metrics. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure branches are meeting expectations-providing on-site training, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement. You'll perform audits, analyze scorecards, and recommend actionable solutions. From data to dialogue, your work helps ensure we're consistently delivering excellence on every file. This is a remote role supporting the Prairies region, with some travel to branch locations required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance, operational, or training-related role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, train, and influence others
  • Proficient with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, deadlines, and traveling to branch locations
