Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our Technology team and act as a strategic partner to our business units.

• Partner with various business leaders to define technology roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Conduct needs assessments and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the development, justification, and management of technology budgets and investment plans.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across different business units (e.g. Audit, Advisory)
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and ensure effective, transparent communication.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, and ensure timely issue resolution and transparent communication.
• Oversee successful delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and ensure alignment with performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Fluent English (written and oral communication)

• 5+ years of relevant work experience:
  Requirements gathering and analysis using various techniques,
  Stakeholder management and communication (including experience presenting to senior leadership),
  Financial planning and budgeting processes

• Proven experience in business-technology relationship roles, ideally within Finance, Tax, or related functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
