Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description: be a strategic partner to management in aligning business strategies, conducting talent reviews, developing performance evaluation systems based on KPI/OKR, fostering an adaptive and collaborative work culture, and drafting and overseeing HR policies.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
Holds a CHRP certification
will be an advantage
Has 3-5 years of experience
Able to lead or be involved in talent management projects
Possesses strong analytical, communication, and change management skills
Understands labor law, ISO standards, and HR practices
Capable of working closely with and supporting top-level leadership
