Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: N Pinellas Park
Salary Range: Up to $15/hour

Introduction
4 Corner Resources has partnered with a leading employer in the healthcare industry to identify and hire a qualified Housekeeper. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety standards in a care-focused environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospital or nursing home setting
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to follow infection control procedures and facility cleaning standards
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day (Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM)

• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, and visitors
• Understanding of confidentiality standards and resident dignity in care environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Outline key tasks and expectations for the role.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting)
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with facility protocols
• Maintain proper cleaning procedures for linens, bedding, and resident personal items
• Replenish facility supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment; manage cleaning supply inventory
• Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control procedures
