What you’ll be responsible for:

The Clinical Analytics Specialist delivers actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Service Delivery, this individual will collaborate on projects from inception to completion and partner cross-functionally with teams across departments. The role focuses on providing data-driven support to key business units, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to scalable analytics solutions.

What you’ll work on:

  • Manage and fulfill ad-hoc data requests and produce client-facing reports
  • Validate data quality and accuracy for clinical and billing metrics to ensure consistent, reliable reporting
  • Transform and process large datasets to support diverse reporting needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues independently
  • Conduct capacity planning and supply-demand analysis to support optimal physician allocation and high-quality patient care
  • Assist in the design and delivery of key performance indicator (KPI) reports that drive business growth, including metrics related to sales, productivity, and profitability
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and approachable way to non-technical stakeholders
  • Perform recurring and ad-hoc analyses that support operational, financial, and strategic goals
  • Regularly validate business data, including billing information, enhancements to existing tools, and new reporting initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., operations, scheduling, sales, and practice management) to provide insights and data solutions that inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and automate large dataset processing using Structured Query Language (SQL) with dynamic parameters and stored procedures
  • Act as a data steward, ensuring alignment across departments by maintaining a single source of truth in collaboration with database administrators and data warehouse teams
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, mathematics, finance or related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence 
  • Experience working with healthcare or medical data preferred 
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively across functions
  • Proficient in data interpretation, rate and ratio calculations, and visual representation of data
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills in:
    1. SQL (complex joins, partitions, aggregations)
    2. Python or R for data analysis
    3. Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
    4. Tableau (parameters, calculated fields, LOD calculations; TabPy experience a plus)
  • Experience with data pipeline development and scheduling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environment 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
