This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is eager to make a measurable impact on patient outcomes and healthcare value.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data & Narrative Management

  • Aggregate, analyze, and present clinical value data, metrics, and outcomes in a clear and compelling format tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials that articulate the impact of cardiovascular programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between the cardiovascular clinical team and departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and business development.
  • Translate complex clinical concepts into accessible language and visuals for non-clinical stakeholders.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within cardiovascular utilization management and clinical innovation.
  • Define project scopes, establish timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and escalate risks or roadblocks as needed.

Program Value Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on the performance of cardiovascular programs, including utilization trends, cost savings, and quality improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and support continuous improvement efforts.

Strategic Support & Communication

  • Prepare briefing materials for executive leadership, client meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Support the development of business cases and value propositions for new or evolving clinical programs.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Evaluate and enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and data accuracy.
  • Recommend and implement tools or practices that streamline project coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, or related) strongly preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, ideally with exposure to utilization management, clinical operations, or value-based care.
  • Project management experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
