Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Description: Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for greeting and building relationships with customers.

Following up with new and previous customers, using proactive sales techniques.

Completion of all sales training requirements

Maintaining traffic log.

Possess knowledge on multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.

Follow a structured sales process.

Maintaining showroom floor and All sales units for display, cleanliness and pricing.

Ready and willing to work overtime during peak season as required.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Work well with Managers, Technicians and Customers, as well as other dealer associates.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the powersports industry.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must.

Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Proven ability to be punctual, dependable and accept responsibility for your actions.

Retail Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Personal or professional motorcycle or ATV/UTV/Watercraft experience preferred.

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Legally authorized to work in the US.

Experience with Lightspeed is desired.

Dealership Hours are: T-F 9-7; Sat 9-6; Closed Sun/Mon

We are family owned with several stores in Tarrant County with over 40 years of continuous Motorsports business. We are open five days a week Tuesday through Friday 9-7 Saturday 9-6 and recognize most major holidays with competitive pay and benefits.
