One of the fastest-growing global AI companies is looking to appoint a Senior Video Creative to lead the development of performance-driven video ads that support the company’s next stage of user acquisition growth. With over 30 million users acquired in under two years and ambitions to reach 100 million and beyond, the business is building entirely new categories in consumer-facing AI. The company is fully remote and led by founders with a strong track record of building and exciting technology ventures. This is a key creative role within a fast-paced, product-led environment.
Reporting directly to the Co-founder and CMO, the Senior Video Creative will be responsible for end-to-end production of video ads for paid media campaigns. This includes concept development, storyboarding, editing and post-production — with a focus on high-converting assets for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google. The role will involve close collaboration with marketing, design, and data teams to iterate quickly and respond to campaign performance insights. Generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion will be a core part of the creative workflow. Success in this role will require strong storytelling instincts, agility in testing creative ideas, and a performance-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in video production and editing, ideally in a paid advertising context. A strong portfolio of performance-led creative work — particularly short-form video and direct response content — is essential. Experience with generative AI tools and professional editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is required. A solid understanding of advertising metrics (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS) and how to optimise content accordingly is key. Experience working in high-growth consumer sectors such as ecommerce, gaming, or mobile apps is highly desirable.
