helloassist is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) who knows how to turn ad spend into real, measurable results. In this role, you’ll plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels, optimizing every step of the way to maximize conversions and ROI.

This isn’t a plug-and-play role. We want someone who can think like a strategist, execute like a pro, and adapt like a startup veteran. You’ll help shape how we grow and scale by testing new ideas, iterating fast, and reporting what works.

Results We Expect:

  • Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms
  • Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and adjust targeting, bidding, or creative to optimize performance
  • Work with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and propose solutions
  • Conduct A/B testing of copy, visuals, and audiences
  • Present weekly performance updates and insights to the team
  • Stay current with changes in paid media platforms and suggest new opportunities
  • Document and refine SOPs related to ad execution, creative testing, and reporting

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Retargeting)
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and create custom/lookalike audiences
  • Analyze campaign data and identify trends to inform future strategy
  • Create landing pages or collaborate with the team to ensure ad-to-landing page alignment
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Contribute to quarterly campaign planning and performance goal setting

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
