We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and highly collaborative HR Specialist to join our dynamic team and partner directly with our Chief People Officer.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a strategic sidekick to the Chief People Officer and HR leaders, supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization
  • Analyze workforce trends in real time—recruitment, engagement, DEI, performance, turnover—and build dashboards that deliver clarity and direction
  • Own the full lifecycle of leave management, coordinating FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Comp with empathy and compliance
  • Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs to streamline operations and champion a seamless employee journey
  • Lead the charge on engagement and performance programs—including surveys, appraisals, and annual salary processes
  • Tame chaos with your organization skills and turn ambiguity into streamlined, people-centric systems

Who You Are

  • A resourceful HR professional with 3+ years’ experience in HR analytics, leave management, or operations
  • Highly organized, obsessed with details, and always thinking one step ahead
  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel ninja)
  • Adept at navigating sensitive issues with empathy, confidentiality, and care
  • A self-starter who brings fresh energy, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset

Base Salary/ Wage Range $75,000 to $85,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
