Receptionist (Part Time)

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Understand and follow receptionist processes/procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate.
• Ensure that the reception and surrounding areas are neat, clean, and coffee and cookies are full throughout the day
• Help prepare customer welcome "gift” bags for RV deliveries (may have to go up/down stairs to retrieve items for gift bags)
• Update telephone directory.
• Attend department meetings 
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 months of related experience in a direct customer service, reception or similar type role
• Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer Aptitude

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication ability
• Proficient computer literacy
• Professional appearance and attitude is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: Every other Saturday/ 2 Saturdays per month
