Job description

This role offers actuarial students hands-on experience in financial modeling and supports data-driven decision-making. It contributes to our mission by enhancing our ability to deliver informed, sustainable solutions. Interns will gain practical skills, industry exposure, and mentorship to help launch their actuarial careers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data analysis, modeling, and other tasks to support actuarial projects.

  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation for internal use and etc.

  • Support the development and testing of actuarial models and tools.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, assumptions, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with actuarial and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and solutions.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with actuarial software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, VBA) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and apply actuarial concepts in real-world business scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Available for a duration of 3 months (minimal)
