As a VMware Virtualization Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems, ensuring the smooth operation of software products across various platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing technical issues, offering hardware and software support, and implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that all configured services are running efficiently within established operating models and processes, both remotely and onsite. Additionally, you will troubleshoot basic and intermediate level issues, contributing to the overall stability and performance of the supported systems.

Independently perform and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems.
Assist in documenting technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
